Key Responsibilities 1. Technical Strategy & Platform Architecture Unified Roadmap: Define and drive the future state of the unified platform, aligning on- premises legacy systems with scalable cloud innovation in Azure and AWS. Lifecycle Management: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle for Windows Server (2016-2025) and Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL 7, 8, 9), including planning, hardening standards (CIS, STIG), and end-of-life migrations. Patching & Compliance: Architect robust patch management strategies using Red Hat Satellite (for Linux) and WSUS/SCCM/Intune (for Windows) to ensure content lifecycle management and strict GxP compliance reporting. 2. Automation & Engineering Leadership Automation Center of Excellence: Lead the maturity of the Ansible Automation Platform (AAP), overseeing the creation of sophisticated workflows for provisioning, configuration management, and orchestration across both OS families.
