Cloud Operations Engineer

Provide production support, cloud operations, and DevOps capabilities to ensure the stability, availability, and performance of enterprise platforms. The role requires hands-on experience managing infrastructure as code using Terraform , along with CI/CD pipelines, cloud environments, and incident response in Azure and AWS.

Key Responsibilities

• Support production and non-production environments (Azure & AWS)
• Handle incident management and participate in on-call rotations
• Manage and track tickets using tools like ServiceNow, Jira, or similar
• Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps / GitHub Actions)
• Design, provision, and maintain infrastructure using Terraform (Infrastructure as Code)
