Cloud Operation Engineer

Job Responsibilities # Fully responsible for configuration management, status monitoring, and scheduled inspections of critical equipment—including servers and network switches—in the data center infrastructure to ensure high system availability?
# Address customer issues arising from cloud platform usage and support their business activities.
# Perform end-to-end operations and maintenance (O&M) of the Alibaba Cloud Apsara Stack platform to ensure high availability, performance, and security.
# Monitor system health, troubleshoot incidents, and implement proactive optimizations.
# Generate and deliver comprehensive O&M reports on system status, resource utilization, and operational metrics on a regular basis.
# Collaborate with internal teams and customers to support stable and efficient cloud service delivery.Job Requirements # Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or a related major, with over 2 years of work experience in cloud service technology.
