Responsibility
The Role: As a Cloud & Digital Workplace Analyst, you will provide first‑line support for virtual servers and Microsoft Azure environments . This includes basic support for VMware virtualization platforms, backup jobs, and networking components. You will elevate complex issues as needed while gaining hands‑on experience across hybrid IT environments.
