The Role
As a Cloud & Digital Workplace Analyst, you will provide
first-line support for virtual servers and Microsoft Azure environments
. You will be responsible for performing daily operational tasks, monitoring systems, handling basic service requests, and performing routine changes across both cloud and on-prem infrastructure. This includes basic support for VMware virtualization platforms, backup jobs, and networking components. You will escalate complex issues as needed while gaining hands-on experience across hybrid IT environments. This role is ideal for someone early in their IT infrastructure career looking to develop practical skills in cloud and infrastructure operations.
