About the Role

Responsibilities:
 Troubleshoot and resolve tickets opening by other support teams. Work with that support team to gather the needed information to solve the problem raised. Answer virtualization questions that customers raise about deploying Fortinet product in VM/Cloud environments.
 Build test environments. Reproduce customer problems. Test scenarios in order to establish best practices & assess interoperability when deploying Fortinet solutions.
 Keep abreast of new developments and bulletins regarding your primary area of specialization
 Develop best practices
 Identify common virtualization problems encountered at Fortinet and follow up with documentation and/or training to address them
 Identify configuration settings or deployments that are potentially problematic, as well as what settings are important for optimal performance and business continuity.
