About the Role

Reporting to the Director of Information Technology, the developer will design and maintain SaaS ERP and HCM systems, supporting Finance and HR processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create workflows, develop reports, and ensure data integrity. The position involves leveraging APIs and optimizing enterprise solutions for financial operations and workforce management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Configure and support cloud ERP and HCM platforms
• Develop financial and HR module configurations
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Maintain ERP and HCM documentation
• Design and implement business workflows
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
• Strong experience with cloud SaaS systems
• Knowledge of API integration and data flows
