About The Opportunity 

Netrix Global is seeking a proactive and execution-focused Cloud Engineer with hands-on experience managing patching, compliance, and endpoint lifecycle operations across Windows and macOS environments (servers and Workstations). This role is centered on driving continuous patch compliance, reducing vulnerability exposure, and ensuring timely remediation across server and endpoint fleets along with other proactive system and service health checks.

The engineer will operate as a customer-facing technical owner, working in alignment with Technical Account and Customer Success Managers (TAM/CSM) to drive remediation outcomes within defined SLAs, including monthly compliance targets and quarterly upgrade cycles.
