Cloud Engineer

Duties and Responsibilities

• Build, configure, and maintain cloud infrastructure components (e.g., virtual machines, storage, networking, security groups)
• Implement scalable solutions in cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP following architectural guidelines
• Support the deployment and management of containerized workloads using orchestration tools like Kubernetes or ECS
• Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and deployment using Infrastructure-as-Code tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM templates)
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration and deployment of cloud services
• Monitor cloud systems for performance, availability, and security using logging and monitoring tools
• Implement security best practices in cloud environments, including IAM policies, encryption, and vulnerability scanning
