Cloud Engineer

We are looking for a Post-Sales Engineer with a Cloud background to support the successful implementation, optimization, and support of cloud and infrastructure solutions for our customers. This role works closely with Sales, Pre-Sales, and Support teams to ensure smooth project delivery and high customer satisfaction.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Implement, configure, and support cloud-based solutions (remote and onsite)
• Execute approved solution designs and ensure proper system deployment
• Perform cloud migrations, integrations, and optimizations
• Provide post-implementation support and technical guidance to customers
• Prepare technical documentation, activity reports, and implementation reports
• Participate in engineer standby/on-call rotation
• Track daily activities, including billable and non-billable hours
• Maintain required technical certifications on a yearly basis
