Role Overview
The Cloud & Endpoint Support Engineer (Tier 2) is responsible for day‑to‑day endpoint operations and Microsoft 365 support across multiple client environments. This is a hands‑on role focused on consistent execution, endpoint hygiene, patching, troubleshooting, and clear documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer Microsoft 365 and core Azure/Entra ID services (user/mailbox management, Conditional Access changes, retention and mailbox policies).
- Configure and manage Intune, Autopilot, Group Policy, application deployments, and configuration baselines.
