Cloud Backend Engineer (Azure) — AI-Assisted Development (Claude Code + Copilot)
XOGO is entering a new phase of growth, and we’re expanding our cloud engineering team with someone who loves solving complex problems in Azure and building clean, scalable backends.
This role joins a strong, experienced team and will collaborate closely with senior engineers in the US, India, Ecuador, and Mexico. It’s a hands-on position with room to contribute architectural guidance as we continue to scale — and we build fast using  AI-assisted development  (Claude Code as the primary driver, GitHub Copilot as a helper), with you owning the final quality through strong code review and refactoring.
What You’ll Do
Collaborate with senior engineers to refine and optimize our  Azure SQL  architecture (performance, maturity, and cost control).
