Key Responsibilities:
• Guide NAMER PCA organization and strategies
• Monitor organizational design and drive capacity planning
• Foster talent development and certification compliance
• Influence C-level executives for strategic success
• Enhance customer satisfaction across all engagements
Requirements:
• 10+ years in IT or management roles
• 5+ years of leadership experience
• Proven ability to influence at the executive level
• Experience with cloud computing environments
