Responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain Citrix/End user virtual service offerings
• Netscaler setup, maintain and change
• Xendesk, Xenapp setup, maintain and change
• Maintain and updating of hosted desktop and applications
• Configure and maintain Xenapp policies
• BAU operational monitoring of service and incident management
• Cloud computing (DAAS, VMWare Horizon, AWS Workspace, AVD)
• How to transition to a hybrid managed environment and/or full cloud adoption design/architectural skillset
• Solid understanding of VMWare, networking, Firewalls, server and AD knowledge specific to Citrix as a run service
• Citrix certification
• Scripting
• Installation Setup and Configuration.
• Daily Monitoring and Maintenance.
