Cloud and Infrastructure Engineer (Permanent WFH and Night Shift)

SUMMARY

We are seeking a Cloud and Infrastructure Engineer with strong Microsoft infrastructure expertise to support and manage multiple client environments. This is a hands‑on role focused on virtualization, Active Directory, storage, backups, patch management, and hybrid cloud infrastructure.

This position requires someone comfortable working across diverse environments, troubleshooting complex issues, and maintaining high service standards in an MSP setting.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot Microsoft Hyper‑V cluster environments

• Administer on‑premises Active Directory and Azure AD (Entra ID), including:

  • DNS configuration and troubleshooting

  • Multi‑site management

  • Sites & Services configuration

  • Replication issue resolution
