About the Role

The Cloud & DevSecOps Engineering Manager leads Stradcom's Cloud & DevSecOps Engineering organization and oversees three core functions: Cloud Platform Engineering & Operations, and DevSecOps & Automation

This role is responsible for defining and executing the company's cloud, DevOps, and security integration strategy; driving automation and continuous improvement; managing budgets; and ensuring operational excellence across cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and secure application deployments.

The position plays a critical role in enabling digital transformation by ensuring scalability, security, reliability, and cost efficiency across hybrid and cloud-native environments supporting mission-critical government systems.
