Key Responsibilities
- Office Operations & Financial Administration
- Oversee daily operations: answer phones, monitor email, order supplies, maintain filing systems.
- Review and maintain office procedures to ensure MWCC policies and protocols are met.
- Collate expense receipts, coordinate reimbursements, accurate record‑keeping.
- Maintain office space cleanliness, safety; monitor equipment; assist volunteers with equipment use.
- Prepare statistical reports for Edmonton Food Bank, Executive Director, and Board.
- Neighbour (Client) Services & Intake
- Serve as primary receptionist; provide warm, dignified hospitality.
- Manage appointment calendar; book appointments, handle cancellations, send reminders.
