The Cloud Administrator / Cloud Engineer will play a pivotal role in administering, securing, and optimizing Microsoft 365 services and Azure core services. This role focuses on ensuring seamless operation, proactive maintenance, and adherence to stringent security protocols.

Responsibilities:

Administer Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive).

• Manage Microsoft Entra ID identities, groups, roles, RBAC, and conditional access.

• Operate Microsoft Intune for device enrollment, configuration, compliance, and application deployment.

• Perform application lifecycle management

• Support Azure core services.

• Provide incident response, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.

• Maintain operational documentation and standard procedures.
