As the USRN Associate Director, you will provide strategic leadership across multiple Medical & Clinical Operations functions. You will oversee managers and senior professionals while ensuring clinical accuracy, operational efficiency, and compliance with established medical policies and guidelines.
This role requires strong clinical acumen, deep Utilization/Case Management expertise, and proven people leadership experience.
Key Responsibilities
Provide leadership and accountability for managers and senior-level professional staff
Oversee multiple Medical & Clinical Operations functions
Guide teams using strong clinical expertise (disease states, health conditions, medical decision-making)
