About the Role
An experienced Clinical Nurse Educator has the chance to seize an excellent opportunity lead the coordination, delivery and facilitation of education programs within the ICU to ensure staff can provide exceptional, evidence-based nursing care at a private hospital in Sydney. This is a permanent full-time role. ABOUT THE ROLE As a Clinical Nurse Educator, your responsibilities will include: Identifying educational needs by partnering with the ICU Nurse Unit Manager and Education Team to determine team and individual learning needs;
Leading and fostering a learning environment by designing, developing and facilitating education packages, providing team and individual coaching and coordinating subject matter experts (external and internal) to deliver training;
Orientating new staff members and upskilling novice staff members;
