We’re hiring: Clinic Manager (Registered Nurse)

Start Date: Preferably ASAP | Full-Time, on-site (Cebu city)

We’re looking for a Clinic Manager to lead operations at our Cebu clinic. This is a key leadership role for a PRC-licensed RN with strong clinical and people management experience, ideally in a hospital or clinic setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations and lead a team of 4–5 staff
• Report directly to the CEO with regular updates
• Drive process improvements and help expand the brand in the Cebu market
• Provide insights into business strategy and local operations
• Ensure compassionate, patient-centered care with a high-performing team
