Program Overview
The Clinical Integration Pharmacist (CIP) of the Edmonton North Primary Care Network (PCN) is an integrated primary care role embedded within the physician clinic. Serving patients experiencing health and social inequities in Edmonton, the pharmacist works with interdisciplinary teams to support complex physical, behavioural health, medication-related, and social needs.
