Clinical Educator

Position Summary:

The Clinical Educator functions as a clinical and product expert and is responsible for working with the ICU Medical sales team to advance the sales process and maximize customer satisfaction through in-service education and training programs, clinical and product troubleshooting, and follow-up activities.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Conducts and leads in-services and educational sessions relative to ICU products during evaluations, conversions and troubleshooting
• Promotes/sells/secures opportunities for product training & support from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach
• Demonstrates products and services to existing/potential customers and assists them in selecting those best suited to their needs in collaboration with sales & management team
