What Youll Do:
- Develop predictive models and analytics to assess program value and risk.
- Blend clinical, analytical, and IT skills to create performance measurement tools.
- Present findings to leadership and clients to improve outcomes.
- Support development and quality control of clinical software and databases.
- Collaborate on cost-saving and efficiency opportunities.
What Youll Bring:
- Doctor of Pharmacy and 35 years in managed care pharmacy or clinical program management.
- Registered Pharmacist license.
- Proficient in MS Office, relational databases, SAS, or similar tools.
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
