About the Role

Were seeking a Clinical Analytics Manager to lead analytical and reporting initiatives that measure and enhance the value of our clinical programs.
What Youll Do:

Develop predictive models and analytics to assess program value and risk.
Blend clinical, analytical, and IT skills to create performance measurement tools.
Present findings to leadership and clients to improve outcomes.
Support development and quality control of clinical software and databases.
Collaborate on cost-saving and efficiency opportunities.

What Youll Bring:

Doctor of Pharmacy and 35 years in managed care pharmacy or clinical program management.
Registered Pharmacist license.
Proficient in MS Office, relational databases, SAS, or similar tools.
Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
