Clinic Assistant

Join the dynamic team at Feyra Clinic' as a full-time Clinic Assistant. Reporting to the Clinic Supervisor, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth and efficient operations of our medical clinic located in Petaling Jaya, Selangor.

What you'll be doing

• Greet and welcome patients, ensuring a positive first impression of the clinic
• Assist with patient registration and check-in procedures
• Prepare examination rooms and ensure they are clean, stocked and ready for use
• Provide administrative support, such as filing, data entry and maintaining patient records
• Liaise with medical staff to coordinate patient flow and facilitate appointment scheduling
• Perform basic clinical tasks under the supervision of medical professionals, such as measuring vital signs
