About the Role
Desired Skills :
Strong understanding of airflow dynamics, ducting, and cabin thermal comfort.
• Skilled in CATIA V5/V6 for 3D modeling and packaging of climate components.
• Familiarity with plastics, foams, and textiles used in air distribution systems.
• Understanding of airflow noise, insulation, and defrost performance.
• Experience with DFMEA, DVP&R, BOM, and release systems.
• Ability to work with HVAC, Interior, BIW, and NVH teams.
• Experience with climate chamber testing, airflow measurement, and acoustic tuning.
Good-to-Have
• Working knowledge of JIRA, Self-motivating and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with Computational Fluid Dynamics tools for airflow simulation.
