About the Role
The Customer Support Assistant will serve as the first point of contact for walk‑in and digital customers at the Real Estate One‑Window Office. The role focuses on handling software‑based complaints, managing service requests, and ensuring timely resolution through coordination with technical teams, property management, and back-office units.
The CSA ensures smooth customer experience, accurate ticket logging, and end‑to‑end follow‑ups
Technical Skills
- Understanding of CRM, ticketing systems, or complaint management tools.
- Good computer literacy (MS Office, web portals, mobile apps).
