The Customer Success Manager (Renewals) plays a critical role in ensuring long-term success with our clients. This position is dedicated to post-implementation client management, focusing on relationship building, executing renewals, and driving account growth. They lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), proactively mitigate retention risks, and uncover upsell and cross-sell opportunities to further embed Krista within client organizations. This role also serves as an internal customer advocate, raising product enhancement requests and leveraging our partner network to maximize customer outcomes.
