About the Role
Job Description
Review Client queries and concerns and seek to improve all aspects of the Client experience with the company.
Will be responsible for cross selling and Upselling as per the client's needs.
Maintain a detailed understanding of products and services, assist Clients with questions and suggest the best products for their needs
Look at Client’s performance data on a daily basis and communicate areas of opportunity.
Identify patterns among Client’s performance and contribute towards developing best practices, FAQs and knowledge base for using the Company’s platform.
Ensure Client satisfaction. Identify any potential issues proactively before the Client reports them.
