Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain high-level relationships with C-suite executives and key stakeholders, positioning as a trusted strategic partner.

• Serve as the primary bridge between the client and internal operations to ensure 100% campaign alignment and execution.

• Manage client communications through virtual and in-person meetings to uncover new opportunities for account expansion.

• Deliver regular, data-driven performance reports and actionable insights that demonstrate the value of our services.

• Utilize HubSpot to track engagement metrics, monitor KPIs, and manage the health of your assigned accounts.

Proactively identify churn risks and implement strategic renewal tactics to ensure long-term client loyalty.
