We are seeking a dedicated Client Service Staff to provide first‑level technical and non‑technical support to Market Participants. The successful candidate will handle user management tasks and assist during User Acceptance Training to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing support.

Responsibilities

• Provide first‑level technical and non-technical support to Market Participants
• Address and resolve user inquiries and issues promptly
• Manage user accounts, access, and permissions
• Assist during User Acceptance Training sessions
• Document and escalate issues as needed to ensure timely resolution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, Relationship Management, or related fields
• At least 6 months of experience in a service desk or customer service role
