We are looking for an Onboarding Client Specialist to help clients prepare, launch, and support. This role will be trained to provide white glove support to one of the leading ETF issuers in the US.
Also, will include a balance of soft and hard skills, attention to detail, a customer service mindset, and a willingness to learn in a dynamic environment.
English: Advanced
3-5 years of experience.
Finance industry experience (A plus).
Customer client service mindset.
Technical skills: Office, Copilot AI, Smartsheet, Database experience.
