As we continue to expand, we are looking to hire a Customer Success Specialist to join our team and support clients through onboarding and ongoing operations.
What We’re Looking For
- Prior experience of 3–6 years in Customer Success / Account Management / Client Services roles
- Strong exposure to client-facing environments, preferably in an agency or marketing services setup
- Experience in Email Marketing is a strong plus
- Comfortable working in the US shift
