Client Solutions Manager

GTE Group is seeking an experienced Client Solutions Manager to oversee the end-to-end development and delivery of technical proposal submissions across a diverse portfolio of projects.

This role suits a highly organised, analytical professional who values structure, accuracy and accountability, taking ownership of the full proposal lifecycle to ensure submissions are compliant and commercially sound. Working closely with Engineering, Sales and key stakeholders, you will deliver high quality proposals that reflect GTE’s technical capability and support sustainable project outcomes.
