About the TeamThis role sits within our TikTok Germany Global Business Solutions team, which is responsible for hitting revenue goals, building relationships with key enterprise accounts and helping clients drive business results on TikTok through product consultation, business development and support. The Client Solutions Team Lead is will be responsible for leading a team of individual contributors (account managers) to ensure flawless campaign execution and deliver and upsell against revenue goals. The role will also build and manage strategic client relationships to grow our partnership with Finance, Government & NGO clients in the DACH region.
