About the Role
Purpose
Support Client Solutions Managers by preparing platform content, configuring demos, and handling operational tasks that accelerate onboarding and delivery.
Core responsibilities
- Load and maintain supplier and product content in the platform
- Build and QA demo environments for sales and customer meetings
- Prepare client onboarding assets under manager's guidance
- Monitor and action configuration tasks, data checks, and simple troubleshooting
- Document repeatable workflows and maintain internal templates
- Coordinate with product, support, and commercial teams when needed
- Track task status to ensure client solutions managers can focus on high-value delivery
- Maintain high-quality data hygiene and timely execution
