Client Services Representatives and Assistant Property Manager

**Job description**
We are a U.S.based property management firm seeking a polite, professional, detail-oriented, experienced property manager to provide world-class customer service to our clients.
The responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:
- Providing world-class customer service to our clients
- Managing a portfolio of existing properties
- Working with clients to solve their problems
- Working with tenants to handle maintenance issues and rental payments
- Adhering to the Company's Core Principles at all times
- Following and improving Company policies and procedures
- Performing other duties as requested
We will provide all the training that you need with the expectation that you will be substantially able to perform the jobs within 90 days of joining our team.
