Role Overview:

• Assist clients through voice or non-voice support channels
• Handle inquiries, requests, and service-related concerns professionally
• Ensure accurate documentation and timely issue resolution
• Deliver excellent client experience and meet performance metrics

Qualifications:

• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Customer-facing or customer service experience is an advantage
• Amenable to onsite work in Bridgetowne, Pasig City
• Willing to work flexible schedules
