Pay Range : $19.00 - $22.00 CAD hourly

Responsibilities

• The Client Services Representative will greet all visitors in a friendly and professional manner, handle all incoming calls, and notify staff of client/visitor arrival in a timely fashion.
• Manage meeting room bookings, coordinate office supply and food and beverage orders, while ensuring security protocols are followed.
• Order and provide lunches and food and beverage service for clients.
• Maintain relationships with Producers and staff to ensure all clients’ needs are met including preferences and dietary restrictions.
