REQUIREMENT

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with guests from diverse demographics in person, over the phone, and via email
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to convey information clearly and professionally
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask, prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
