Position Overview
The Client Services Representative ensures every school renewal and new-customer launch starts on the right foot. Drafts and route contract updates for annual renewals, executes the yearly settings rollover that prepares our platform for a fresh school year, and builds and maintains project workspaces in teamwork to keep client onboarding and implementation on track.
