Job Description

The Client Services Partner (CSP) role is positioned within the IFS Global Services Presales function. This role serves as a key partner to our sales team and customers, supporting the sales team in packing, positioning and integrating services to an opportunity. The IFS services portfolio includes customer success, implementation and consulting delivery, cloud managed services, and support & maintenance. While the sales lead owns the overall customer relationship and enduring commercial responsibility, the CSP provides critical services presales guidance and advice.

Working with sales and delivery teams, the CSP establishes and shapes desired customer outcomes and designs executable offerings to deliver value across the customer lifecycle.
