We are currently seeking a Client Services Officer to join our General Insurance team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to advance their Client Services & Administration skills.

This is a full-time, onsite, permanent position based in our Mildura office.

What will your typical week look like?
Delivering high-quality Customer Service to clients in an efficient, professional and confidential manner.
Liaising with advisers, account executives, underwriters and all other third parties required to complete tasks. 
Processing domestic renewals, policy maintenance, new quotes and re-quotes, manual schedules, endorsements and issuing certificates of currency. 
Ensuring client data up is kept to date such as current address and contact details.
