Client Services Manager

What is your mission?
We are looking for a Client Services Manager to own client relationships, drive retention, support business growth, and ensure seamless coordination between onshore clients and offshore teams. You will manage key accounts, conduct business reviews, handle client concerns, prepare decks and reports, identify upsell opportunities, update the CSM database, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional client experience.
You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:
Serve as the main point of contact for small and medium clients and as BCP for VIP, large, and dormant accounts when needed.
Build strong client partnerships through regular touch bases and monthly business reviews (MBRs).
Ensure high customer satisfaction reflected in CSAT survey results.
Schedule meetings, send invites, coordinate with internal teams, and manage follow‑through.
