Join a long-established and highly regarded Chartered Accounting firm located in Malvern. This is a full-time, office-based role suited to an experienced professional who has worked within an accounting firm environment and understands ATO processes, compliance workflows and high-volume administration.

This position offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership in a hands-on role supporting client business services and managing end-to-end administrative responsibilities.

The Opportunity

  • Manage high-volume client and third-party correspondence
  • Liaise directly with the ATO via the ATO Portal
  • Collate financial statements and taxation returns for submission
  • Manage notices of assessment and compliance documentation
  • Assist with monthly billing procedures and end-of-month reporting
