About the Role
Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Client Service Support to join our Clients' finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible to assist with progress payment requests, pricing, loan reviews, scheduling, client gifts, feedback, and post-settlement tasks for client satisfaction and follow-ups.
Work Set Up:
- Employment Type: Full Time
- Shift Schedule: Mon-Fri, 6:00 am to 3:00 pm
- Work Setup: Onsite
- Location: Cavite
- Client Industry: Australian Mortgage/Finance/Lending
Key Responsibilities:
- Organise progress payment request-construction.
- Gather client requirements and submit pricing requests to lenders for potential refinancing options.
- Reach out to the client database to offer loan reviews.
