Client Service Specialist

We are seeking a Client Service Specialist to provide quality customer support to our new and existing customer base at Infor Nexus within the Global Services organization. It is a visible position that requires a substantive level of proactive problem solving and technical skillset. For our Support Hiring strategy, we are moving the US position to Mexico hub. Due to the complexity of our product, we need to hire a CSS with a technical profile to support more efficiently our customers.

A Day In The Life Typically Includes:

· Interact with customers and manage inquiries via phone, e‑mail, and our CRM support tool.

· Respond to customer queries by utilizing product knowledge and or resource tools to research, follow‑up, ensure appropriate escalation if applicable and document resolution details.
