Client Service Representative Atlantic Region

ALS is seeking a dedicated Client Service Representative for the Atlantic region to manage bottle orders and ensure seamless delivery. Attention to detail and excellent customer service skills are key to success in this role.
This position emphasizes accuracy and efficiency in preparing and processing bottle orders and samples. Candidates should possess strong organizational skills and a commitment to customer service while adhering to safety regulations and internal procedures. You will interact directly with clients and couriers, ensuring timely and precise shipments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome clients and couriers at the receiving area
• Prepare and package bottle orders for delivery
• Organize and track orders, maintaining inventory
• Process returns and manage shipments
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of workspaces
Requirements:
• Good English communication skills
• Microsoft Office proficiency
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
