Purpose of the role

To act as the primary contact point for clients, ensuring that certification audits are effectively communicated and completed in accordance with BSI’s procedures and service standards.
The role supports both clients and internal teams by managing documentation and systems to enable a smooth audit delivery process, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
 
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

  • Coordinate and confirm audit schedules with client and internal teams (Planners, Auditors, Sales team) for timeliness.
  •  Upload contract documents in PG and set up client records in SAP and PG systems.
  • Communicate confirmed schedules, quotations, and audit-related changes to clients.
  • Process expense and fee approvals (Basware, AR’s claim, intercompany costs).
